Yes, Lori will help her to put a great program together. But truth of the matter is if she wants to squeeze onto the podium at 2010, she'll need to put in 2 triple triples while hitting all the jumps and elements. But sadly, it ain't gonna happen. Then again, at the last Olympic, Arakawa came away with Gold while skating nowhere near Michelle or Tara's level in 1998 so I guess you never know. Some times the one stand on two feet wins. But even if that's the case, I suspect the judges will favor Kostner over Joannie.

Buttle is very smart to retire now because he already have a Olympic bronze and now a World's Gold. Quite while you are ahead (Hint hint to Meissner). The likelihood of Buttle getting a gold at the Olympic is 50% at best. But most likely another bronze or even worst. So no point of staying on and taking that chance and look bad. Patrick has a very very slim chance of getting onto the podium come 2010. He'll have a better chance in 2014. Joubert, Daisuke, Weir, and Evan will be gone by then and he'll be the old pro.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
