Skate America: A toss up between Lysacek and Weir.
If Weir does a better footwork program, I say he trumps Lysacek.

Skate Canada: Lambiel, Buttle, Lysacek.
If Lambiel get his 3Axel back he's unbeatable. Buttle being the world reigning champion trumps Lysacek if he doesn't make any mistakes even if Buttle doesn't have any quad and Lysacek has one (see Worlds).

Skate Canada: Kostner, Rochette, Zhang
Rochette gets silver because she's the hometown queen. But in reality, she deserves bronze.

Cup of Russia: Kostner, Flatt, Meissner
(Because you know the judges love Kostner (see Worlds))

How about predicting the Worlds for the ladies? We know Kim, Asada are going to get Gold and Silver. So Who gets the left over medal? Kostner? Zhang? Ando? Nagazu?

I love the (See Worlds)! It was a bit of a crazy thing that she placed so high at Worlds.

The best part I love is that while we can make our predictions, often times crazy things happen (withdrawls, injury, fluke mistakes) and we could be completely wrong!

As far as predicting Worlds for the ladies...I can't even predict which two US ladies are going to make the world team!

For sure not Meissner. Probably Flatt (seems very consistant), and Zhang or Nagazu. And hopefully those two can get US 3 spots at Olympic. And that's a huge accomplishment if that happens since none of them have ever been to the Worlds. Very bad timing for US women's figure skaters. Zhang has been to Grand Prix and came in 5th if I remember correctly. If she can get a 5th at the worlds and her teammate gets 8th, then voila, US gets to send 3 to Olympic. Nagazu and Flatt may be too much of fresh faces to make any dent at the Worlds.
